Danielle is head of residential conveyancing at Croftons. She has vast experience in all aspects of residential property and advises both Registered Providers (on plot sales set up and implementation) and private clients on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, right to buy transactions, transfer of equity, equity release and new build plots.
Danielle has spent a number of years working alongside local developers in connection with the creation of new leases on development sites and also provides specialist shared ownership sales services.

Danielle qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined Croftons in 2012 after 5 years as a partner in another North West firm where she headed the conveyancing team.
