Recent matters

  • Advising a charitable trust on its first use of strategic partnered procurement documentation on a £2 million housing development, including the preparation of the framework call down building contract, appointment documents, warranties and security documentation
  • Advising an RP in their role of development partner in respect of a housing PFI for a £8 million multi-use regeneration development for new build housing and associated community facilities, including the drafting and negotiation of bespoke amendments to the design and build contract and preparation of bespoke ancillary documentation for warranties, bonds and guarantees.
  • Assisting an RP to develop and implement a strategy for procuring their vehicle fleet comprising of cars, light commercial and specialist vehicles including subsequent repairs and maintenance. This included structuring the procurement process and drafting the OJEU contract notices, pre-qualification questionnaires, qualitative based invitation to tender documentation, including detailed evaluation methodologies and scoring approaches. 
  • Advising an RP on the strategic procurement of its £250 million asset management requirements over a three year programme, including advising on strategy formation, drafting of all procurement documentation and associated contractual arrangements based on amended standard published forms and bespoke arrangements including ancillary documentation and professional appointments.
