Bhaven – an experienced Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer – joins our Commercial Real Estate team from international law firm Addleshaw Goddard. Bhaven has five years’ experience in dealing with general commercial landlord and tenant matters, having acted on behalf one of the world’s largest institutional investment fund landlords and on behalf of a large household name retail tenant at his previous firms.
Bhaven will support a variety of our clients (both landlord and tenant) on new commercial lettings and a wide range of property management matters. Bhaven also specialises in dealing with the complexities of telecommunications leases and wayleave agreements, as well as secured lending, corporate support matters, and acquisitions and disposals.
Property Paralegal Nomaan (pictured below left) joins our large residential property team and will provide a range of services to our clients in the housing and regeneration sector. Nomaan has a background in residential conveyancing, and will be supporting registered providers with a wide range of key property transactions including shared ownership sales and staircasing, plot sales, assignments and Right to Buy/Right to Acquire sales.
May joins our specialist housing management and tenancy enforcement department, and will provide a range of vital legal and administrative support to our busy team of lawyers.
