Rebecca advises our clients on a wide range of housing and leasehold management issues, and provides close support to our senior team with advocacy and litigation to achieve positive outcomes on contentious and complex cases.
Rebecca is a housing management specialist with expertise in disrepair, anti-social behaviour, evictions, possession proceedings, injunctions, committals and a range of other tenancy enforcement matters.
Prior to joining Croftons Rebecca worked for a legal firm representing social housing tenants, so brings a wealth of valuable insight and understanding of the ‘opposing side’ of disputes, which helps us deliver successful results for housing providers.
Rebecca studied at the University of Liverpool, gained a distinction in her LPC at Liverpool JMU in 2017, and will qualify as a solicitor in February 2020.
